However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange a product. 1. Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

Ordered item that is being delivered with damage or defect or is not being stitched as per provided measurements then only it is valid for the refund. However, it must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Custom-made, tailored, or altered items (such as bridal gowns, dresses, and customized garments) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale items and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective upon receipt.

2. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Custom orders (including made-to-measure bridal wear)

Altered or modified garments

Lingerie or intimate wear

3. Defective or Damaged Items : If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@fkoutfits.com or +447462062302. Provide us with detailed information and pictures of the damaged or defective item. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

4. Return Process: To initiate a return for a refund, please follow these steps:
