- Size & Fit Disclaimer: Size charts provided are for reference. Actual fit may vary depending on the design and style of the outfit. Returns/exchanges are not accepted for size issues unless it’s a proven manufacturing error.
- Order Cancellations: Orders once confirmed or dispatched cannot be cancelled. For urgent cases, please contact our customer service within 6 hours of placing the order.
- Shipping Delays: We aim to deliver orders within the committed time, but unexpected delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or public holidays. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by third-party logistics.
