Custom Stitching Services: Custom-stitched items are made based on measurements provided by the customer. We are not liable forincorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Order Cancellations: Orders once confirmed or dispatched cannot be cancelled. 

Shipping Delays: We aim to deliver orders within the committed time, but unexpected delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, public holidays or delays caused by third-party logistics.

Shipping time: All orders will be delivered in a minimum of 6-8 weeks, however heavily work dressees may further take time upto 8-10 weeks.
